Traceability where the standard is absolute

MTG brings direct RFID experience from major electric vehicle, commercial truck, specialty vehicle, aerospace, and space programs. That work informs practical traceability for tooling, serialized assets, WIP, kitting, MRO, and production operations where missed events stop work.

Traceability failures that stop work or create audit risk

A tool goes missing from the crib, and the line stops while every box on the floor gets searched for FOD risk. A serialized part loses its paper trail between work centers, and the genealogy has to be reconstructed by hand before it can ship. Kitting comes up short on the floor, and a mechanic waits instead of building. WIP sits in a queue with no record of how long it has been there, until a program review asks why. A calibration date expires on a gauge or fixture, and nobody catches it until the inspector does. An audit request lands and someone spends days pulling paper records instead of producing them in minutes. MRO turnaround slips because incoming parts cannot be matched to their history fast enough. A life-limited part gets pulled late, or worse, flown past its limit.

MTG evaluates each traceability event, data requirement, item material, and audit obligation before recommending RFID.
